Walmart, Amazon Simultaneously Add Prescription Discounts to Membership Perks
For Walmart and Amazon membership subscribers, it was recently announced that the retailers would be offering discounts on medications. Walmart+ members are able to use the discount instead of health insurance at more than 4,000 Walmart pharmacies. The day after Walmart announced their new service, Amazon announced theirs of offering prescriptions for Prime members at the equivalent of $1 per month with a six-month supply.
